Think You Don’t Have Leadership Experience To Add To Your Resume? Think Again
Have you ever come across a job that you feel you would be perfect for, except for the fact that the job requires you to have leadership experience, which you feel that you don’t have? One thing to keep in mind is that not having a formal leadership title such as Manager, Lead or Supervisor, does not necessarily mean that you do not have leadership experience. Here are some questions to ask to see if you have ever had leadership experience. Have you ever led a project, committee, PTA, union, club, event, sorority, fraternity or volunteer activities?
