  • Process the bulk of all invoicing for providers or firms
  • Assist billing manager and billing associates with organizational projects and other tasks
  • 1+ year of high-volume billing, data entry or invoicing experience
Virtual Tech Assistant (Part time) - $20/hr - $23/hr
  • Provide live, face-to-face technical, video and audio support during real depositions using our platform
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of Zoom/video conferencing experience
  • 6 months of remote work experience
Follow Up Specialist - $23/hr - $27/hr
  • Follow up on assigned insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Review Explanation of Benefits and remittance advice for payment accuracy and claim status
  • Contact insurance companies via phone, web portals or written communication to resolve claim issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up or revenue cycle operations
  • Knowledge of insurance payer requirements, CPT/ICD coding and medical terminology
  • Strong understanding of healthcare claim submission and adjudication processes
  • Experience working with electronic health records and billing systems
