Why Creating A Resume Takes More Than AI


AI has made creating a resume faster and easier than ever, but although AI can be helpful, it shouldn't replace authenticity and originality. AI lacks personality and can sound too generic and read like every other resume out there that is using AI. Which is why you don't want to solely rely on AI but be creative and step outside the norm.

Creating an effective resume goes beyond simply using AI to tailor your resume to a job description. It’s about figuring out what an employer needs in an employee, truly values and cares about, and understanding their niche, then combining all that into a resume that not only gives them exactly who their looking for, but also shows your personality. Consider whether or not your resume does this.
